What we do

From experiments to working workflows.

This isn't for you if you want a tool recommendation and nothing else. If you want your team actually working differently in a month, keep reading.

Track 1 · For your organization

The implementation path

Three phases plus ongoing advisory. Each phase ends with a go or no-go decision. No long-term commitment beyond what you choose.

01

AI fluency sprint

A hands-on workshop for your whole team, built from pre-workshop interviews so every exercise runs on your real work. LLM capabilities and limits in your context, reliable prompting, custom assistants. Everyone leaves with at least one working prompt or assistant for the next morning.

02

Readiness assessment + MVP build

An anonymous survey maps usage, confidence, and shadow AI risk. A management readout turns it into a shortlist. Then a live build session where 1 or 2 prototypes get made with the people who'll use them.

03

Production pilot

The strongest prototype becomes a documented, repeatable workflow: quality checks, human-in-the-loop points, how-to guides a new starter can follow.

+

Ongoing advisory

Monthly or bi-weekly sessions that separate signal from noise. What matters for your industry, what to ignore, what's coming.

Track 2 · For you as a leader

A private space to ask the hard questions.

Some questions you can't ask in front of your team. What can this actually do. Where does it fail. What should I say when the board asks. This track gives you the language and the judgment, privately.

1:1 coaching

Private sessions, specific to your role and industry. Come with real situations, leave with words that work on Monday.

Tailored workshops

Small groups of 5 to 8 leaders. Built around your agenda, your industry, your level of exposure.

6-module programme

A structured path for leadership teams building AI capability across the organization.

Fair questions

What about our data?

We start there. Enterprise accounts, a usage policy that says what goes in and what stays out, written so a scientist or project manager can use it on a Monday morning. The sensitive-data infrastructure questions get their own track so they never block progress.

We already have Copilot or ChatGPT licenses.

Most of our clients did too. Licenses without working workflows is the exact pattern we get called for. We work with whichever platform fits your requirements.

How is this different from a course?

Every session is built from interviews with your team and runs on your real tasks. You leave with prototypes in production use, a prompt library your team actually opens, and documentation. There are no certificates.

What happens after Phase 3?

Most clients move to monthly advisory. Some come back for the next use case. There is no long-term commitment built in.

Do you only work in pharma and biotech?

That's where the deepest experience is, and the pattern holds across professional services. The discovery interviews make each engagement specific to your work either way.
